Our supportive living services are designed to meet each clients’ wants and needs while enabling them to reside in their own homes with staff or family members. Our clients’ supportive services will be provided in an integrated community setting. These services include but are not limited to, supervision, care, goals, objectives, self-care, self-direction, independent living, mobility, vocational, socialization, and, daily living skills, housekeeping, decision making, etc.
